We ship Australia wide through our partner MailPlus and internationally through Australia Post.

Once your order leaves our warehouse in Sydney, it’s in the trusty hands of our shipping partners. If for any reason your order is damaged in transit, simply send us image of your damaged order to hello@shmoist.com and within reason, we will refund you, but you can hang onto the product anyway!
