Returns and shipping
We know you’re eager to receive your Shmoist so we thought we’d give you the heads-up about our shipping process.
Firstly, you’re probably wondering why you didn’t pay for shipping? The truth is, we’ve done this because we think you’re awesome for choosing Shmoist to keep yourself sanitised and so on this occasion, shipping is on us!
We ship Australia wide through our partner MailPlus and internationally through Australia Post.
Once your order leaves our warehouse in Sydney, it’s in the trusty hands of our shipping partners. If for any reason your order is damaged in transit, simply send us image of your damaged order to email@example.com and within reason, we will refund you, but you can hang onto the product anyway!
We will dispatch your order within 2-3 days and allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. If you just want to Shmoist yourself in the process, you can follow @shmoistme and engage with other members of the Shmoist community.
And don’t fret, your order is 100% secure with us. Our site and shopping cart is operated by Shopify who provide the most reliable and secure shopping carts available. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Shopify is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure.
